How it works
Get a thought out of your head before it disappears. Add details only when they help.
Make a few clear decisions about what belongs today without reorganizing your whole backlog.
See a realistic workload and one clear next step, then adjust when real life changes the plan.
Built for real life
Keep work, home, school, health, and personal tasks together while respecting when each area belongs in your plan.
Compare chosen work with your active hours and optional estimates without scheduling every minute.
Read-only calendar availability can improve suggestions, but the Active-hours plan remains complete without it.
Gentler by design
lyphe suggests rather than enforces. There are no punitive streaks, points, overdue shame, or mandatory daily rituals. Unfinished work is information, and beginning again is always allowed.
Common questions
No. lyphe is designed around common ADHD planning challenges, but anyone who benefits from less friction, fewer decisions, and a calmer daily plan can use it.
No. The Active-hours plan is complete without a calendar. Connecting one only improves availability suggestions.
Calendar access is optional and read-only. lyphe uses busy times to suggest realistic availability and does not create events or let the calendar own your tasks.
lyphe is free during beta. If that changes, pricing will be explained clearly before any paid option is introduced.
They remain safe. You can defer, revise, or choose them again without losing them or being punished for an imperfect day.
No. Estimates are optional and editable wherever they help with planning. You can capture and choose tasks without adding one.
