About lyphe
Planning should make life feel lighter.
lyphe is an ADHD-friendly life planner built to help you capture what is on your mind, choose what matters today, and begin with one realistic next step.
What lyphe is
lyphe is a calm home for the tasks that make up your whole life—not only work. Capture a thought before it disappears, decide whether it belongs today, and see a plan shaped around the time and energy you actually have.
Estimates and calendar connection are optional. If you connect a calendar, lyphe uses it only to understand when you may be busy. The app remains complete and useful without it.
Capture before you organize
Get a thought out of your head quickly. Add the details now, later, or not at all.
Choose what belongs today
Make a few clear decisions without sorting your entire backlog first.
See a realistic day
Compare the work you chose with the time you actually have, using estimates only when they help.
Plan your whole life
Keep work, home, school, health, and personal tasks together without pretending they all follow the same schedule.
Begin with one next step
When the list feels noisy, lyphe brings one manageable place to start into focus.
Recover without guilt
Defer, revise, or begin again. There are no punitive streaks, points, or overdue shame.
Why it exists
Many productivity systems ask you to organize everything before they help you begin. The setup becomes another responsibility, overdue lists become a source of guilt, and an imperfect day can make the whole system feel broken.
lyphe starts somewhere gentler: capture before organization, suggestions instead of rules, and recovery without punishment. It is designed to reduce the work around doing the work.
Less setup
The system should become useful with the first thought you capture—not after a perfect planning ritual.
More agency
lyphe can suggest what fits, but you remain in control of what matters and what changes.
Room for real life
Plans change, energy varies, and unfinished work is information—not a failure.
Who built it
Hello! I'm Chandler, a software developer building lyphe for myself and others who share a similar need for a simple, ADHD-friendly task planner.
Read more about melyphe is being built with care for the small moments that decide whether a planning tool feels supportive or demanding: the words it uses, the choices it asks for, and how it responds when a day does not go to plan.
The goal is not to help you optimize every minute. It is to make the next decision feel lighter.
